San Felipe de Neri Church

Located on the north edge of the Old Town Plaza, this historic church was originally built in 1706 by Fray Manuel Moreno, a Franciscan priest who came to Albuquerque with 30 families from Bernalillo in 1704. The original church collapsed in the summer of 1792 during a heavy rain but was rebuilt the following year.
